Return and refund policy
**30-Day Return Policy** At venliart.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the item you received, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Should you wish to return the artwork, contact us at info@venliart.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@venliart.com. When your return is accepted by us, you have to find a shipping company as well as pay for the return shipping on your own and send it to:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, and may take up to 14 days from the time we received the returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, bespoke size/framed options or personalized products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
